How to use:

1. Insert heating pad into linen cover.

3. To reuse, boil or steam for at least 15 minutes until it becomes soft and clear again and let cool. Be sure to keep the pad in its linen pouch when putting in the pan/steamer to protect the pad. Reusable up to 100 times!
